TL;DR: What should have been a 20 minute trip turned into over a two hour ordeal.I needed to replace my brake cylinders and shoes. I made sure that the parts I needed were in stock online -- my local Bloomingdale branch (which I've always had a good experience with) was out of stock for one of the cylinders. This branch was the closest which claimed to have everything. I ordered and paid for them online.Only two employees were in the store, one was in the back with a dozen of his buddies, while the other was checking out someone at the counter. By the time the person in front of me was checked out, there were half a dozen people waiting in line behind me. At this point I wasn't expecting my parts to be waiting for me, but I at least expected the parts to be in the store. The one employee spent nearly an hour in the back, (ultimately only found half the parts I ordered) before the other employee came to address the few dozen people (not counting several had already walked out) waiting behind me. At this point I just wanted my money back for the missing parts, which took another 20 minutes to process. They both claimed that the parts were in stock, and they just had to find them, but I'd rather wait in the comfort of my own home for Amazon delivery than spend my whole weekend in this store. I don't think I'll ever go back.
